# touch -t 200101211020 /tmp/testdatefile
# ls -l /tmp/testdatefile
-rw-r--r-- 1 landt staff 0 Jan 21 10:20 /tmp/testdatefile
# find ./* -prune -newer /tmp/testdatefile

The ./* and -prune say to search all files in the CURRENT DIR ONLY!
This will test all files that the 'ls' command would. Change it
to find . -newer ... for ALL files recursively.
